The US Family Health Plan is excited to announce the implementation of the USFHP Provider Portal via E Power. E Power is a web-based application designed to provide your office with the ability to use the Internet to access information regarding member eligibility, claim status and authorizations. This application allows your office to have immediate real time access to this information and eliminates the need to place a phone call to customer service. In order to access E Power for your US Family Health Plan patients, you will be required to have a US Family Health Plan Provider ID Number and Password. To request an E Power ID Number and Password, please click here and access the Provider ID Request link. Your office will be emailed an ID Number and Password within 48 hours.
