Welcome to the health information section of the US Family Health Plan website.
This new section contains important health information for you and your family
members. Although currently there are only a few subsections, we expect that it
will grow as time passes so please check in regularly to see what is new.
Additional health information is available from the
24/7 Nurse Advice line button. The nurse advice line 1-866-390-0933
(option 1) includes both the ability to talk to a registered nurse about acute
medical problems as well as a large audio library that can be heard using your
telephone. The same audio library is available through your computer via the
additional link in this section.
We hope you find the information here or through the additional links to be
educational and helpful. Suggestions you may have to improve health information
