Fort Wadsworth Family Health Center The new Fort Wadsworth Family Health Center opened in November 2006. This health center is dedicated to US Family Health Plan members only and is located on the Fort Wadsworth US Coast Guard base in Staten Island. This office offers internal medicine and pediatrics, with evening hours to accommodate our busy and working members. For your added convenience, we have a Maxor pharmacy on-site. The office is open Monday and Thursday from 8AM-6PM, and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8AM-4:30PM. For more information, please call us at 718-442-4158 or visit us in building 206 (across from the gym). A Maxor retail pharmacy is conveniently located at the Fort Wadsworth Family Health Center.
