The new Fort Wadsworth Family Health Center opened in November 2006. This health center is dedicated to US Family Health Plan members only and is located on the Fort Wadsworth US Coast Guard base in Staten Island.

This office offers internal medicine and pediatrics, with evening hours to accommodate our busy and working members. For your added convenience, we have a Maxor pharmacy on-site.

The office is open Monday 8am–8pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8am–4:30pm; and Thursday 8am-7pm.
