The Bay Ridge Family Health Center is a US Family Health Plan private physician office whose goal is to provide you with personalized, patient-centered care that focuses on prevention, in order to help you stay well, as well as treatment if you become ill.

The office is located 2 blocks from the Fort Hamilton, at the foot of the Verrezano-Narrows Bridge, in the Narrows Medical Building, in the beautiful Bay Ridge area of Brooklyn. For your convenience, the Narrows Medical Building also offers radiology and laboratory services, as well as a pharmacy, all of which participate with USFHP. You will be able to meet many of your healthcare needs at this one location.

The office is staffed by a full-time physician and Practice Coordinator. Dr. Carol Jellett, a Board Certified Family Practitioner, is fluent in Spanish, and sees children and adults, ranging in age from newborn to the elderly. As a primary care physician for you and your family, she treats a wide range of health problems, provides routine gynecological care (including PAP smears), and also coordinates your care when you are referred to a specialist. Dr. Jellett has a particular interest in nutrition and other components of healthful living. Lenore Arons, the Practice Coordinator, will assist you with appointments, referrals and other matters related to your care and coverage.

Our office is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8am to 4pm , and Tuesdays from 11am-7pm. Patients are seen by appointment and when medically indicated, can usually be seen by the doctor the same day.
